About Me

I am singing teacher who loves to eat — passionate about teaching and singing opera, and food.  I also teach gluten-free (and vegan!) bread-baking classes in Toronto and online.

My kitchen is my place to relax, recharge, and experiment with whole food goodness.  My current obsessions include kale, cheese, and fermenting hot sauce.

Every recipe on Kitchen Operas is vegetarian-friendly, and many posts are vegan-friendly.  All recipes since July 2012 are gluten-free.
