		<description><![CDATA[Tastes great! A nice change of pace. My quinoa is a bit crunchy, despite soaking overnight. I think I will try with a cup of cooked quinoa? I didn&#039;t have buckwheat flour, so I used 1/2 cup King Arthur Flour Ancient Grains blend and 1/2 cup almond flour and used homemade cashew milk for my liquid. I will definitely make this again!]]></description>
