Postcard from Vegas

Dear Reader,
I hope your holiday season is treating you well! I have landed myself in Vegas, along with the family, and am having a blast exploring the foodie side of “The Strip”.

I will regail you with stories and photos upon my return, but like the showgirls here, I will leave you with a little tease: Thomas Keller makes sourdough waffles. In my hotel. Yum.
