I am so pleased to announce that I will be participating for my second time in Vegan MoFo — The Vegan Month of Food!!!
October will officially be all vegan around these parts, and also gluten-free, and extremely delicious. As usual, my cooking focuses on whole foods, lots of veggies, and lots of love.
I had such a blast participating last year, that I have been chomping at the bit waiting for October. I can’t wait to share the vegan fun with you!!

I’m already enjoying the pre-MoFo posts: Molly Alice posted a soy-free soy sauce that I can’t wait to try, and I’ve been pinning all sorts of inspiring ideas at my Vegan MoFo Pinterest board (you know you want collard wraps with cashew cheese, kale pesto & cucumbers, inspired by the lovely Ash).
